En un art\u00edculo publicado en <em>The Conversation<\/em>, la profesora Mar\u00eda Malmierca Ord\u00f3quiqui, de la Universidad Villanueva, destaca <strong>tres errores muy comunes<\/strong> que suelen pasar desapercibidos pero tienen un impacto real en la gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El primero es el <strong>sesgo de confirmaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: cuando solo se busca informaci\u00f3n que respalde lo que ya se cree, ignorando datos importantes. Le sigue el <strong>exceso de confianza<\/strong>, que hace que se tomen decisiones sin valorar bien los riesgos. Y finalmente, la <strong>aversi\u00f3n a la p\u00e9rdida<\/strong>, ese impulso de seguir invirtiendo en algo que ya no funciona solo por no \u201ctirar a la basura\u201d lo ya gastado.<\/p>\n<p>Estos errores no siempre son f\u00e1ciles de detectar. La buena noticia es que estos errores se pueden evitar. Seg\u00fan Malmierca, reconocer estos sesgos y crear entornos donde se fomente el an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico y la revisi\u00f3n constante puede ayudar mucho.
